Telephone Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:

• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries and complaints
• Manage accounts, hit and exceed set targets relating to revenue growth and profit margin.
• Follow up with customers regarding their orders
• Send orders to Delivery Agents nationwide
• Update dashboard on a ‘per order’ basis
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Maintain a positive, proactive and professional demeanour towards customers, colleagues, and management.
• Fill in the  daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Manage existing client relationships to maximise value for the organisation
• Report to your line manager
• Other responsibilities as assigned to you by the Management

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation. Proven ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally. A good mix of analysis, problem identification, solving and persuasion skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
SSCE (Must be able to write and speak good English)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
3 years PROVEN experience and above (Pls do not apply if you have no experience)

LOCATION:
Lekki Phase 1 (Pls do not apply if you leave outside Lagos)

WAGE:
Basic Salary and Commission based.

Applicants must have excellent and incorruptible character and top notch work ethics. Must be comfortable working under pressure.

Working Days and Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 3pm

But you are allowed to work from home 2 days a week after your first month, except  Wednesday and Friday where every Company employee is expected to resume in the office. (Coordinate with other team members in your department to ensure that someone from your department is available in the office during your chosen ‘work from home’ days)
Management reserves the right to withdraw the privilege of working from home if you’re not doing the job effectively from home. In such case, then resumption and closing hours stated above shall apply.
