Front Office Secretary
We are looking to hire an innovative female office secretary to process and manage office activities. Duties would often vary, while some tasks are performed and completed online, others are completed offline.
Our Institution is located at Kubwa, we prefer candidates who live in this location.
WEB DUTIES
- The Front Office Secretary is required from time to time to create contents to be posted on the company’s social media channels.
- She will respond to inquiries and comments on all our communication channels and social media channels.
- She will track records on the institution’s website and performs required actions.
Other duties include:
- Receiving office visitors and attending to their needs.
- Providing assistance from time to time to students of the institution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of the use of social media.
- Ability to create social media content.
- Basic knowledge of the use of the computer.
