Job Title: Registered Nurse – Call Center Executive

Job Description
The ideal candidate will:
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients and prospects; verifying information.
- Determine eligibility by reviewing enrolee/client database for information.
- Inform subscribers, clients and providers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Nursing Science, Staff Nurse or Staff Nursed / Midwife post NYSC where applicable.
