Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
- The Customer Service Officer is responsible for assisting customers, responding to inquiries, providing shipment updates, resolving complaints, and ensuring customers receive excellent service throughout the shipping process.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries.
- Provide updates on shipments and delivery status.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details.
- Follow up with customers on pending requests.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- OND/ HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience. Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
- Computer literacy.
- Must live in proximity to Amuwo.
Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
