Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential corporate clients that can benefit from products and services.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, forecasting monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors’ activities. Utilise these insights to propose and implement strategic improvements.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Requirements
- Excellent sales, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
- Self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to make a difference.
- Exceptional articulation, clarity, and superior persuasive abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a diverse market and work within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak to two major languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, professional, and engaging sales content and emails.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours to cover multiple time zones and client availability.
Salary and Bonuses
- N100,000 – N200,000 monthly.
- Performance-based bonuses.
