We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Oregun, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assigning responsibilities to production employees
- Coaching employees
- Supervising and monitoring employees
- Conducting reviews for personnel performance
- Compiling production records
- Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
- Preparing work schedules
- Maintaining quality service
- Ensuring production plans are completed in time
- Communicating with other manufacturing departments
- Identifying and troubleshooting production issues
- Ensuring and maintaining asafe work environment
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a B.Sc / HND in any Science related courses from a reputable institution
- Must have at least 1 year work experience
- Candidate must be resident in Lagos(Ikeja and its environs)
