The Board of Beaconhill Smile Foundation is in search of a mission-focused, seasoned, strategic, and process-minded leader with experience in scaling an organization in the healthcare sector, leading an executive management team, and developing a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals at both national and international level.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Establish mission-oriented goals and objectives.
• Exceptional skills in grant writing.
• Oversee all operational and administrative functions and programs
• Identify growth opportunities and priorities in various locations.
• General management expertise, including a comprehensive understanding of finance, systems, HR, strategic development and
• planning, budgeting, business analysis, finance, information systems,
• human resources, and marketing.

Requirements & Qualifications

• MBA or similar Advanced Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years Nonprofit leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Based in Lagos Island or it’s environs.
