Job Title: Client Relations Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for the following roles:

• Retail Sales Executive
• Business Development Executive
• Client Relations Executive

Responsibilities

• The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing and helping clients manage their insurance policies.
• As a hybrid role, the candidate will work in our Ikeja office, with an allowance for some work from home.
• The ideal candidates will assist clients in making policy changes, provide quotes to clients, issue coverage policies, and manage policy renewals.
• Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients about their insurance needs and advising them on policy changes and other relevant matters.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service and insurance sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Professionalism and confidence in consulting with clients
• A valid Insurance license or the ability to obtain the license after employment
• Client management and satisfaction skills.
