Job Title: Operational Excellence Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Analyze data to Identify opportunities for Improvement in existing processes.
- Work with management to determine the strategy for new Initiatives.
- Communicate with staff about process changes in order to ensure that employees are fully knowledgeable about new procedures.
- Create reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of process Improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Motivate employees to Improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Help promote the company’s culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Make Important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Review employee performance to ensure that they are adhering to new processes.
- Work with the Lead, people operations and culture finance, and head of operations to Identify opportunities for Improvement and Implement solutions.
- Send a weekly report to Lead, PO & C & Lead, Finance and operations on operational excellence.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 4 – 5 years work experience.
