Description

• The African Development Bank hereby invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in the following Assignment: SAP S/4 HANA Full Stack Developer.

The services required under this assignment will include:

• Consult, develop, configure, and deploy automation of Cost sharing calculation project, and perform enhancements to the existing Cost Accounting System applications as per the needs of the Business Process owners in Budget controlling team in the Bank.
• Implementation of Custom Fiori apps as per the needs of the Budget controlling Team in the Bank.

The consultant will undertake the following duties:

• Design and develop the solution based on specifications provided by the Task manager
• Transport the developed solution from the Development platform to the Quality Assurance platform in the SAP landscape.
• Develop and contribute to development of Fiori apps
• Follow up with the users and other key Bank staff in carrying out the quality assurance tests and effect requested amendments and corrections. Provide the required documentation.
• Ensure seamless integration to existing enhancements and standard SAP modules already in within the Bank.
• Provide the required documentation
• Ensure knowledge proper transfer to Bank’s Staff.
• Perform any SAP ABAP development based on users’ specifications.

Required Skills and Competencies

• A least Master / Engineering Degree in Computer Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years with technical development experience in SAP ABAP including all RICEFWs with at least 3 years’ experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Minimum 3 years with FIORI/UI5/ODATA
• Masters Fiori Development Best Practices for SAP UI/UX in UI5 based development
• Experience in working for developments within functional area FI/CO.
• Good understanding of others SAP module such as HCM, MM, TRAVEL, GM and FM is an advantage.
• Certification in SAP developments (ABAP, FIORI/UI5, Net weaver, Portal…)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French or English is a must.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Great problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience in designing/architecting complex solutions
• Excellent in documenting specification and technical solutions.

Establishment of the Shortlist
A shortlist of three to six individual consultants will be established at the end the request of expressions of interest. The consultants on the shortlist will be judged on the following criteria on the basis of their updated resume:

• Level of education in general 20%
• Educational level compared to the field of mission 20%
• Years of experience in general 20%
• Number of years of experience relevant to the mission 40%
