Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Developing a new system for organization that helps the company with efficiency
- Set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Requirement
- Educational qualifications: B.Sc / MSc.
Generic Skills and Abilities:
- Creative
- Efficient in MS Office
- Pro-Active
- Reporting Skills
- Detailed and pay attention to details.
