We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Developing internal and external relationships with customers.
• Will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of deposits.
• Assisting the sales team with onboarding commercial customers
• To identify prospective customers for the purpose of lead generation, activation, and conversion.
• To drive sales exponentially by implementing targeted marketing strategies.
• To create and maintain customer relationships, track sales data and create performance reports.
• Develop new business prospects in specific areas through cold calls, storming, market penetration strategies and canvasing.
• Generate individual, shop owners and corporate leads through client mapping
• Acquire new clients and maintain the growth of newly solicited accounts
• Assist clients in the selection of products and services suitable to their needs
• Coordinate with branch operations team for effective investment service delivery

Requirements

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Preferably with at least 1-year sales experience
• Retail sales experience.
• Resourceful in getting new accounts and clients regardless of location
• High passion for sales and excellent the negotiation
• Focused, output-driven, and up for challenging sales goals/targets
• With excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Knowledge in Branch products such as Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) or other products, is a plus.

Salary Range
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly plus commission upon meeting target.
