Job Title: Regional Sales Business Manager
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Successful candidates will be expected to make a significant contribution to the company’s plan to build strong and impregnable brands through effective hospital presence/promotion and awareness creation amongst the healthcare professionals.
- These professionals will be expected to design and manage policies, standards of performance, measurements, results and activities to ensure optimal productivity of the sales team in their region and to protect the assets of the company.
- Ensure the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed
- Contribute to the growth, development, organizational efficiency and effectiveness of Superior Pharmaceuticals Limited
Requirements:
- B.Pharm / BSc / HND / Msc in (Biological Sciences or Human or Animal Health sciences)
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manageror similar senior sales role
- Good interpersonal and communicationskills.
- Teamwork skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
- Must be efficient, knowledgeable and hard working
- Must have a high integrity index
- Ability to drive with proof
