Job Title: On-Page SEO Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- The On-page SEO specialist will be responsible for ensuring blog contents are optimized and increase SERPrankings by applying best SEO practices
Responsibilities
- Perform competitor research
- Identify additional website opportunities such as recommending additional content or UI and interlinking suggestions
- Optimize Copy and Landing Pages’ Heading, Title Tags, Image Tags, and Meta Description
- Revamp existing copies
- Implement changes in content management systems (CMS)
- Write powerful call-to-action scripts
- Continuous Keyword research and monitoring
- Measure performance through Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Ahrefs
- Improve overall Search traffic and volume of sales through best practice SEO
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- 2+ years experience in content marketing and SEO
- Have working experience in content gap analysis
- Able to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Working understanding of Google Analytics
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
