We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Victoria Island and Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily facility maintenance schedule and ensure that all routine, non-routine, inspection, emergency and any other type of job are accurately scheduled without any delay.
- This includes all part replacements and installations.
- Single out problematic electricity lines, highlighting the difficulties and attach recommended actions.
- Follow up on required parts to ensure prompt repairs.
- Highlight non-availability/delays in accordance.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Degree or equivalent.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in maintenance service department in facility management
- Good experience in Electricity, Electricals, Power Supply / Generators industry is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 – N130,000 Monthly.
