We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Performance Analyst
Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Grade: Banking Officer – Senior Banking Officer
Job Summary
- Provide strategic support in the implementation of the enterprise business performance system as well as the financial planning and budgeting framework.
- Coordinate the collation and analysis of subsidiary business performance reports explaining performance highlights and key drivers of variances.
- Provide support in the design and implementation of the company’s balanced scorecard system.
Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any Numerate discipline (e.g., Engineering Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Economics etc.)
- Professional Accounting Certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
Work Experience:
- Minimum experience – 3 years relevant experience in business performance management, budget and financial planning, balance scorecard implementation.
