Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center Agent)

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• B’quins Solution Limited is currently recruiting suitably qualified persons to work as customer service representatives (call center agents) for one of her clients in the telecom industry.
• Seleceted persons will be assigned the duty of following up on customers both existing and intending to inform them about products and services and also follow up on dormant customers to resolve customers complaint and get them back online.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to work with MS Office suite comfortably
• Ability to speak English Language and any other Nigerian Language fluently is an added advantage
• Candidates who reside along Surulere, mushin, Oshodi axis will be considered first.

Salary
N35,000 – N50,000 / month.
