We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Details
We are looking for young individuals with entrepreneurial mindset to successfully Supervise the Production operations in the assigned outlet. The ideal candidate for this role must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor, Cook, or Caterer and must be proactive in addressing operational issues, a fantastic problem solver with the ability to think outside the box, implement actions immediately.

Job Summary

• The kitchen supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the kitchen by enforcing recipes compliance and top-notch product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and co-ordinate of all kitchen staff and activities
• Make sure the kitchen is always safe and in hygienic conditions.
• Organize the inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
• Supervise cooks to ensure conformance with recipes and production standards.
• Ensure that all raw materials used in cooking are yielding the right quantity of food.
• Supervision and coordination of all production staff (cook, assistant cook, and dishwasher) to ensure that all kitchen staff are effectively scheduled to meet required production activities.
• Oversee training and leadership of production staff.

Qualification / Experience

• Minimum qualification of OND in any field or certification from culinary school is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or as a Cook or Caterer.

Required Skills & Abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
• Physical stamina and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
• Computer literacy
• Basic arithmetic skills especially weighting, scaling and conversions.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Leadership skills
• Ability to enforce Recipe compliance.

Salary
NGN60,000 – 65,000 / Month.
