Job Title: Logistics Officer / Customer Service Representative

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone calls, Social Media and emails.
• Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
• Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
• Oversee Tracking, manifesting, storage and inventory of parcels on a day to day basis.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N30,000 – N35,000 Monthly.
