Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Project manager is a senior Position and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
The job roles and responsibilities of the project includes but not limited to the following:
- Managing construction bids
- Supervising all Site Engineers
- Creating construction schedules to avoid project delay
- Planning and monitoring project budget to ensure that the projects run on budgeted costs
- Hiring and managing the workforce
- Finding and managing subcontractors
- Managing equipment and materials
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Keeping clients and your boss on the loop
- Manage risks
Requirements
- This candidate must have strong personality, leadership skills, Interpersonal skills, communication skills and Emotionally balanced
- The prefered candidate should be an Engineer / Builder with vast experience.
- Minimum of 13 years experience.
Remuneration
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
